Our Farm

Our farm sits on two miles of the beautiful Cumberland River and at the headwaters of Old Hickory Lake. We are blessed to be on a bend of the river that has thousands of years of rich soil deposited by the river that we take advantage of producing both high-quality hay and grain feed. We make it our point to control and monitor all aspects of our cattleā€™s diet. And that is why we grow human-grade corn and other grains on the farm. We balance our feeding with great hay, like Bermuda, orchard grass, barley, oats, wheat, and rye hay. We only feed our cattle what we would eat ourselves. As it is said, you are what you eat and in this case, you are what your cattle eat! We raise both wagyu Full-bloods and Percentage cattle.

Wagyu Farms not only produces the finest steaks but strives to be one of the premier beef producers in the south. We pride ourselves in hard work and consistent daily routines making for friendly and docile cattle. We know and evaluate every animal we raise and manage our land for sustainability.

Though we are a multifaceted farm, from cow-calf production, feedlot, role cropping, and a wholesale-retail business. We have a decidedly down-home approach to our business. We do business with people, not big companies. Wagyu Farms is a place where customers call us friends and where you really can know where your food comes from. Our gates are always open. We want folks to know us and what our goals are. We love the land and treasure our community, and always working to better ourselves and farming processes. We work hard to provide the very best beef available anywhere.
